I'm trying to picture how if the black truck was travelling northbound, went into the centre median, then back into northbound traffic how he would have - travelling from the median to the right into the NB traffic flow - hit the sedan in a way that caused it to go left - across the median into SB traffic to be struck by the red truck? Seems odd...

In any case, such a tragedy.
