Croatia lost a sure goal to a foul. It was a case where, if we could re-invent the rules to the game based on fairness, a goal would've been a more appropriate penalty than the penalty shot awarded. It would've been a cruel universe in which they lose that game.
Two games decided by penalty shots though... ugh, so lame.
