You do realize that a new owner would have to deal with the same City Hall? It takes two to negotiate, and when the mayor says, ‘Vote for me because I am going to put an arena exactly where I want it and make somebody else pay for it,’ that is not a good-faith negotiating position. That's what brought things to a total impasse.
