Boston University played an exhibition game against the USA Under-18 team, winning 6-4. Hickey was scoreless, but had 3 shots and was a +1. Eichel had 2 goals and 1 assist.

Michigan State played UMass. UMass scored two goals in the last 5 minutes of the third, including one with 10 seconds left, to turn a 3-2 deficit into a 4-3 win. DeBlouw had 1 shot and was a +1. DeBlouw took the second-most faceoffs for the Spartans, going 9 for 17 in the dot.

Colgate defeated Northeastern 3-0 for the second night in a row. This time, Harrison got on the score sheet, getting an assist on Colgate's first goal.
