Lou is a great analyst of the game and makes for great radio to listen to. But you're 100% right about him having a hard time separating player from person. It's usually the vets that he loves and he'll defend them to death because he loves good people (to a fault). But when he's not talking about his favorite guy though, I think he's generally the smartest guy on SN 960.
