Default Vacation condo for rent

I have a newly renovated condo located on a beautiful swimming beach in las brisas, manzanillo, Mexico that is now available for rent to my fellow cp'rs. You simply cannot get any closer to the beach - which stretches literally for miles - you can walk straight to the famous 'Las Hadas' beach where Bo Derek's movie '10' was filmed.

Manzanillo Centro is only about a 15 minute cab ride away, and from here you can easily charter a boat for deep sea fishing adventures - Marlin, Sailfish, Dorado and Tuna are very common just 30 minutes from the shoreline. There are two fishing tournaments held every year - November and January.

The condo is approx. 1500 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (full) complete kitchen, huge balcony looking straight over the beach into las brisas bay. Sleeps 4 with one king size and two twins, can sleep 5-6 with use of rollaway cot. There is a fabulous swimming pool and patio area packed full of loungers, or grab the canvas deck chairs from the condo and step out onto the beach to drink cold ones and soak up the sun.

New appliances thru out (including self contained washer/dryer), brand new sealy beds (1 queen, 2 singles), 42" flat screen with shaw direct satellite, full size propane BBQ on deck, new split A/C's in the bedrooms and much more (like a kick ass margarita machine)

The condo is located in a very quiet, well established complex called 'Roca Del Mar, which has a mix of Canadian, American and Mexican owners. Multiple restaurants and stores nearby (5 min walk), lots of big box stores (SAMs club, Walmart, soriana etc) only a 10 min taxi ride away. Full time front desk staff 7 days per week to help out with anything from restaurant recommendations to day trip planning.

The beach located at the end of las brisas is extremely calm and the best beach in the area for snorkelling/swimming...I have 2 stand up paddle board's in the condo, as well as a couple of mountain bikes and snorkel gear that the renter can use.

Manzanillo is the largest Mexican port on the pacific side , and also home to a Mexican naval base. There is always lots to see as ships in all shapes and sizes (including some very cool military) drop anchor in the bay waiting for their turn to enter the port.

There are a variety of ways to get there, westjet has direct flights from calgary leaving/returning Friday and Sunday's, or via Phoenix with us airways, via Seattle with Alaskan, air transat has direct flights every saturday....it is well served and leaves many flight options.

The rate is $125 CAD/night - this includes everything but food... daily Maid service, drinking water, all utilities etc. longer term rentals available with great rates (everything is negotiable).

Drop me a line via instant message or via my email at james_cody1@hotmail.com for more pics and/or info... ( I have a lot of pics, just ask)
