How is that a fair thing to say, and why specifically target Monahan?
Gaudreau had 7 goals in his last 33 games, and scored in just 5 of those games.
Lindholm had 2 goals in his last 24 games to finish the year.
The entire top line simply "lost" the magic they had, and unfortunately that carried over into the playoffs as well.
