Just pointing this out, The listing on the thread is correct and it's all players need to be in the CPHL are 23 years or
younger AND have a rating above the threshold
Just for example for everyone
Darcy Kuemper at age 29 in the Hurricanes minors is allowed to remain in the minors for UFA bidding and not part of this rule. But a player like Mathew Barzal at age 22 would have to be moved to the CPHL team by the July 9 deadline
