I think "Andy" in this case is Andersson, not MacDonald. A little confusing when they both could be called "Andy", but Peters has definitely referred to Andersson as "Andy" before.
He mentions the top 5 being set, when he says that, the most logical breakdown is Gio, Brodie, Hamonic, Hanifin, and Andersson.
Andersson is a right shot. As mentioned, if he's pencilled in on the right side on the third pairing, the other three (Stone, MacDonald, and Kylington) are fighting for the 6/7 spots.
