I just picked up Kerbal Space Program from GOG because it was half off. A really fun and interesting concept.

But

I did the first launch of the program, a small ship with a single engine, got it up to 80000 feet, which was great, deployed the chute, and it went flawless except for my piloting skills, until I found stabalization controls.

So I did my research more powerful engines, more scientific instruments.

Launched my second rocket got up to 150,000 feet, but on the way down my chute wouldn't deploy, rest in peace little astronaut.

Rebuilt the rocket, same design, made sure I put on the parachute and adjusted it to deploy at 10,000 feet, and upped the pressure to 20 KPa. Launched it, got it to 150,000 feet.

When it was coming down I selected the chute stage and frantically hit the space bar and no parachute, killed another astronaut.

Any players out there want to give me some feetback?
