From a user point of view: I have three clients, one is on Replicon (easy to track to projects, easy to access from anywhere, easy to roll up reports from), one is on Harvest (kinda lightweight, works for tracking to projects, easy to access, haven't tried any reports), and one is on Deltek (kills my soul).
I also use TSheets from Quicken for any clients that don't have their own system. Interfaces with QuickBooks, does what I need it to do. The reporting is weird.
