Not sure about lounge access with the WestJet card but I know they give $250 westjet dollars when you sign up ($120 annual fee) and if you open an RBC bank account you can get an additional $300 westjet dollars, and a $39 rebate on the card fee (only drawback is the steep bank fees with RBC)
