HR should be all over this, I’d be surprised if they need too much of a push.
GWL uses Morneau Sheppell for this, who will provide you with forms for your doctor to fill out. But yeah HR should be all over this. I’m surprised they aren’t.
Based on what you’re telling me she probably has access to a Employee Assistance Program, which offers free counselling options. I would take advantage of those as well.
