I'm an episode behind and I do like the show... but why does no one ever age? The characters are the same age regardless of what decade we flashback too. I'm basically assuming it's because Mr. Nobody is an unreliable narrator but it just seems odd that Chief and Jane look the same in 1977 as they do now.

Cliff - is a brain inside a robot. A pretty rusty, dated robot fwiw. But a robot nonetheless

Rita - her physical form is a blob, her physical form is something she made herself so she's probably physically ageless.

Larry - suggested the radiation did some weird things to his body when asked why he still had the strength of a 20yo. Is also covered in bandages and his skin features aren't exactly clear anyways.

Chief - this one was pretty much alluded to in the most recent episode, so catch up

Jane - considering this Jane persona doesn't have a stated superpower, maybe agelessness IS just the Jane persona's superpower. I mean, she/they does/do have 64 implied superpowers. But considering she disappeared from the mansion for years, it's also possible she time jumped to the future, maybe Flit can do that. There's also a possibility that all the personas age individually or something along those lines. She's definitely the most curious of the bunch but it wouldn't be hard to explain away her lack of aging. I doubt they'll explicitly state it though.

And a lot of the other characters clearly HAVE aged though - the original Doom Patrol were all basically seniors for instance, as was the Nazi who gave Mr Nobody his powers, as well as another character in the most recent episode. Those decades are definitely passing around the characters. Cliff's daughter has aged too.
