Telus sucks. Wife and I opted to get the Piktv and have had nothing but problems for the entire 3 weeks we have had it. Had to phone technical support, which is nothing but an extremely aggravating experience top to bottom, at least 5 times. In 3 ####ing weeks.
Telus is like the worst run company I've ever encountered. Hire more people if your crummy equipment doesn't work. Don't leave people on hold for hours on end because you're too cheap to hire enough technical support staff.
My grade for Telus = F-.
Will be going back to get raped by Shaw soon, but at least their stuff (sort of) works.
Why can't any of these companies get this right?
