I would imagine that you'd get the same quality of Internet service with all of them. Shaw and Telus wholesale their bits to all these companies, and I doubt there is any difference between one another.

My girlfriend recently got on Can Com, and it was a self installation. She got sent a modem in the mail and we did the install ourselves. No tech needed to come out.
