Odds are the entire building will have smoke damage. Which probably means things like ripping the seats out and replacing them since they would be saturated with smoke, etc.
It took six months to re-open the 130th Avenue Canadian tire after it had what seemed to be a smaller fire. Largely because just about everything that could be affected by smoke had to be cleaned or replaced.
