I don't see the issue that most people have on the conductor training. I think if anything it would give you a better respect/understanding for the company you work for. Plus as a shareholder if the union went on strike (like it almost did in the spring) it is a great contingency plan to keep operations moving. It is a necessary evil to have a plan B when you are dealing with unions.

Also the location is great if you live in the SE it would be a 5 min drive for myself which would be awesome! I can understand the frustration from everyone who doesn't live in the SE though.
