Daylight Saving Time
Figured it was time to start a thread on this, seeing as how it will be on the municipal ballot in October.
It sounds like most scientists recommend staying on standard time year round, as a permanent move to DST would mean very late sunrises in the winter. I think the tourism and entertainment industry is mostly pro permanent DST, but the Flames and Oilers are very much against it as it would mean extremely late puck drop times when either team is on the road on the west coast.
