Well CBD just about every night haha...but honestly I wish i knew..possibly just the exact right temperature in my room where I don't wake up all sweaty..I need to pinpoint this!!
Sadly melatonin doesn't work for me anymore..my aunt in Houston used to bring it for me when she visited back in the late 90s when I was a teenager, years before it was ever available in Canada (the sleep disorder is an entire family thing)..it actually gives me worse insomnia now after years of taking it probably too much.
