Turris is higher risk higher reward because of the extra year on his contract. If neither player bounces back the Turris contract might even be worse. Look how much it cost Toronto to move out one year at that high of a cap hit


But I think Turris is more likely to rebound than Neal, and when playing well is a vastly superior hockey player. Even at his career best Neal is a bit of a pigeon with discipline issues
