That camera is in the Uber to protect the driver. It is not meant for him to leak after he's pissed they only tipped him $20 for a 5 minute ride. (Or whatever it was)
Like obviously don't confess to any felonies in front of a stranger, but taxicab conversations cannot be published online without recourse.
You wouldn't be allowed to video someone in a massage parlor and upload that afterward, even in a one party consent state. That guy is a business providing a service, and if I were those players I'd be suing Uber and the driver.
