I just did it at London drugs as well. I had to sweet talk my way into it as she advised the Koodo rep told her to no longer allow people without sask id sign up for the plan. So they are aware of what is happening but they still need to hit sales targets so did it anyways

I also have to wait a week until next billing cycle to switch
