Yup, as early as next year Calgary has the clear advantage, as Ferland will be a UFA. And in 3 years, Carolina loses control of Hamilton, as well.
Plus Hamilton and Ferland are already at their peak development-wise, while Lindholm and Hanifin are younger and still developing.
