I strongly suspect Microsoft Flight Simulator will be a November 10 launch title for the two new Xbox consoles. You can argue if that's considered a "first party exclusive" or not since it's already available for Windows, but
all Microsoft games run on both Xbox and Windows now, so it's at least a
console exclusive.
