It’s showing up in the votes, obviously, but I think MEP, Phillips, and Parsons make up this next tier. All high upside guys with big question marks who could be anything from impact players to career AHLers. I voted MEP this round just because his progression has been impressive, but I have a lot of hope that the other two (Parsons especially) are big parts of our NHL squad in the next few years.
