I am not sure I have him on my list. I don't rank based on "NHL Ready". Everybody ranks according to their own algorithm, but mine is simply a combination of likelihood of making the NHL + potential level of impact + asset value.
Dube, for me, is a sure-fire, future NHL'er who will be much appreciated for his work on both sides of the puck as a third liner. So for me, he drops somewhat because I see him as a bottom 6 type.
However, I am digesting AC's post as to what kind of a 22 year old season he just finished in the AHL. I didn't see much in the way of having offensive instincts, or a shot, or high-level playmaking while in the NHL, but that's still a small sample size. I don't know. I didn't have him in my top 5, but I am reconsidering it at the moment.
