I don’t think Arbitration hearings are the cause of the teams and players often separating shortly after an award. I don’t believe it’s the things that are said about the player in the hearing that cause this.
Instead they got to the arbitration hearing becuas their was a significant disagreement in the value of the player on the eyes of the player and the team. The arbitration hearing occurring is a symptom not the cuae
