I've had Telus, Koodo and Public mobile. I will never use Telus again.
I find I have the best CS with Koodo and they seem the easiest to deal with and have the best plans IMO. Public mobile works well, but if you have an issue it's a huge PITA. Unless they changed it, you had to post a message on a forum and wait for a moderator to get ahold of you. Sometimes this took a few days, and a few days without a phone is not fun.
Koodo also has a tab plan so if you want discounts on phones that way, that may be the way to go. Public gives discounts if you prepay or refer other members etc.
And reception is also very similar if not the same with all 3 as they're all owned by the parent company Telus.
