Again, that’s not how it works. End of story. Paul Palango has a major axe to grind with the RCMP, always has and I question the veracity of his “sources”. Doesn’t take much for a disgruntled RCMP member with zero knowledge of how the process works to say something off the cuff and then presto, there’s your police source. And the whole point of paying informants is to do so without people knowing, so I doubt his banking sources as well.
