Big team effort to advance to round 2! I knew this was the game we needed to win to move on.
Congrats to the Rangers on a great regular season. That team is solid with good depth. The injuries to the D definitely turned the series in my direction.
Now to await the next challenge. A Philly win sets up a matchup with them. A Leafs win and we will play the Sabres.
I feel that the late season additions of Stone and Backstrom make us a lot stronger of a challenge than a typical 8 seed and we should be able to compete in round 2 no matter who we play.
