The fact of the matter is that the Jets are a pedestrian road team. Pedestrian road teams are not typically very successful playoff teams, where it is exceptionally difficult to win on the road.

Don't play the surprised 'who me?' routine. It is a bit Cory Perryesque. Whenever Winnipeg comes up in any context, you rush in to belittle the city/team/fans. I don't have any skin in the game, just saying it is obvious.
