Please explain how "understanding who is at fault in this particular moment in a seemingly endless conflict" amounts to "solving" this seemingly endless conflict.
That said, there sure are a lot of people who like talking about this issue while being too stupid to understand the difference between "killing civilians is our actual goal" and "killing civilians is not our goal".
