Her panic attacks are 100% work related and she has been doing much much better since being off. I honestly don't think she's going to go back and instead find different work. As the person that deals with our finances, this is giving me anxiety!
I have a clearer picture now on what options we have so thank everyone for the feedback. It is reassuring to know that those options exist.
