Same rules apply
- Teams must have cap space for their offers
- That includes any player waived. Meaning you have to put them on waivers AND have them clear to include that space in your offers
This is an open batch. This always means GMs need to dig. There are usually one ore two gems that were missed in the actual batches. Any remaining UFA is eligible for an offer.

It's a long list that includes players that aren't playing anymore. I would say if you want to sign someone make sure they are still active. And then you can find their rating from the grids:

If you are signing someone with no rating, they will receive 50s across the board. No exceptions. Players don't have ratings if they played pro outside NA or were injured and didn't get into enough games to warrant a rating. Don't sign someone and then ask for the league to rate them. We won't do it.
