I know the steel company that worked on that Stadium nearly run themselves out of business as a result of doing that project. Lots of issues with that roof, and the drainage, and leaking.
I like them going this way to bring concession prices in line with what other places in their market charge. I don't know how many people go thru a Costco in a day, but I can't imagine Costco is using their concessions as a loss leader. I would hazard to guess that on a Sunday for NFL football the potential volume to be moved is massive if people feel that they are receiving fair value for their money.
