Anybody from Georgia (the country) here?
So I spent a couple of months in Tbilisi and other places in Georgia back in late 2014. It is one of my favourite places I have ever been to and by far the most delicious food and drink I have ever eaten.
I want to try and recreate some of the Georgian cuisine I had there for some friends, namely khachapuri and khinkali. I don't think there are any Georgian grocers in the city, but was wondering if there are any Georgians on the board that may be able to offer advice on ingredients that can be found here and offer tips on how they recreate some of these classic dishes.
Also, if anyone has a line on Chacha, would love to get my hands on some as a Georgian dinner is nothing without copious amounts of Chacha.
