Thank you!

1st: Much more powerful, much larger storage size, and more ports (2x 2.0 and 3.0 USB with full HDMI and VGA)
2nd: Lighter, better screen, quicker file read and wake/boot speeds (SSD), most likely better battery life

Is what I can think of off the top of my head.
