I already prefaced it by saying 99% of all mass shootings are committed by men (~90% for serial murders). All these statistics show is that males commit most of these tragedies. Whites do not represent a greater percentage of mass shootings and serial murders than the demographics purport them to be.
As those graphs show, whites committed 59% of mass shootings in the United States between 1982 and 2016, but they also made up anywhere between 65% and 82% of the population over that time. They are not over-represented based on these graphics.
This is not difficult.
