It’s a preview version - so far, in 3 days of use, including lots more youtube than usual, I haven’t seen it crash. It’s rare that I see Flash crash on my machine though, so certainly YMMV.
I used the Adobe supplied uninstaller available here:
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html to remove the previous version of Flash I was using prior to installing this preview version.
