Vesalainen has been moved from HPK to Karpat. Karpat is the top team in the Finnish league and with the expectation Vesalainen will join the Jets after this season, HPK is getting something out of the deal before he tries for a NHL career.
Should be a good development for Tuulola. He got 1st line time when Vesalainen was injured earlier in the season.
