But the competitiveness he brings is something we need more of not less, guess it comes down to what he asks for on the contract, Tre was the guy who brought Hathaway here after seeing him in Arizona though so that might help negotiations too IMO.

Hathaway probably played well enough to price himself out of Calgary.
He may never get a chance to set himself up financially again, though his Ivy League education should help him in the future as well.
I suspect he chases the money and who can blame him?
