Does anybody know where I should start looking for somebody to reattach a piece of flashing that fell off my house? It's from the front edge of a gable right at the top of our house - probably 30 feet off the ground, well above my comfort level. It might be reachable with a tall step ladder off our upper balcony but that seems pretty terrifying to me. More likely you'd need to do it with a ladder from ground level.
Related question - how important is the flashing in snowy weather? Are we going to have moisture issues if we don't fix this quickly or can we wait for warmer weather to deal with it.
