$250-$400 / sq. ft.

Get 5 quotes. Lop off the most expensive and the cheapest. Then evaluate the 3 left.

I did a 166 sq. ft. mudroom/laundry/breakfast nook addition on 3 screw piles a couple of years ago. Cost finished up around $350/sq ft. I did have $12k in windows/doors, 8" bevel cedar siding, cedar soffits and some expensiveish cement tile but also did some of the work myself.

I'm in the industry so I handled my own drawings and permits so that cost isn't included.
