Good luck to your son. Curious to know his age, and at what level coaches are benching players because, what, the stakes are so high?
My son has state championships in a week and a half here in the US. He is on a Bantam AA team. Playing time should be relatively equally spread out, as your team is either good enough to win as a team, or not. Shouldn't be about who has the top 2 or 3 players.
