I would think the problem would be constant if this were the case, but its repeatable within a time frame (typically evenings, after 530pm weekdays, 8pm weekends). I'm watching fine right now, at least for the last 40 min, without issue, and will test kodi shortly.
Edit: I take it back, it's now repeatedly buffering again on shaw. Unwatchable
Edit 2: kodi is working fine, so daytime seems ok evening not so much
