I'm not 100% sure but I believe NFL game jerseys are still manufactured at the same factory in Berlin, Wisconsin regardless of whether there is a Starter, Reebok or Adidas logo is on the sleeve (just like NHL game jerseys are still manufactured at Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec).
