Good to know. Wonder if it is worth the $56 though? Would be a pricey one by the time you get through drinks and everything else.
Just looked at Selkirk's new menu- looks like they now have a Bison Wellington on their new menu.
By the way, dinner on the patio at Selkirk in the summer is awesome. Very good restaurant.
