You'd probably need to mount it on something like an Awacs aircraft with steerable radar for it to be effective.

Its been theoretically talked about for a while, using overpowering power to basically overwhelm the stealth on an aircraft.

Its great in practice, however the problem with it is first you have to locate the aircraft, and if you do, your radiating which makes you a very large target.

the first planes or sites that are hit in any kind of conflict are radar sites and you pressure aircraft mounted radars into either shutting down to evade and survive or you kill it.
