I saw a comment above calling this a baby Alpinist. That's not technically true. This is an homage to the original Seiko Laurel Alpinist from 1959. It has a similar aesthetic to that watch, but with modern dimensions and caliber
When this watch came out in August, I knew I had to get one.

In the same way people turn their heads to see a classic car (even if not restored), many who appreciate watches might be excited to know the story behind an older Omega like that.
